Based on our records we note that there was an attempt of Apple/Google/Samsung Pay provisioning that took place on 6 April 2024. We wish to ascertain if the above was done by you and if you have responded to any suspicious phishing SMS/Link. If you did not perform the above you may do a card replacement from your OCBC Digital app by following the steps below: Log in to OCBC Digital app Tap on the "=" icon on the top left corner for menu Select Card Services Select "Replace Card" and proceed with the replacement for your card if the card is faulty/damaged; retained by the ATM; requires a name change. If the replacement is required due to lost of card, please select "Report Lost Card" instead and proceed with replacement from there.
